Here in the lab, we do a lot of data analysis and synthesis using R, Python, Ruby, and others. And we don’t want this code to stay hidden, but rather provide it as a resource for anyone’s use. Here are particular resources which you might find useful.
- Add Spalding’s marine ecoregions to your data – a script that takes in a lat/long, and returns an ecoregion. Handy for analyzing global datasets.
- Examples of Structural Equation Models from the published ecological literature coded using lavaan in R.
- Howto make a a plot with curves fit from multiple levels of a quantile regression
- The multifunc package for the analysis of how different ecological drivers affect the multifunctionality of an ecosystem. Code is based on our 2013 Methods in Ecology & Evolution paper.
